Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. EU customers have a minimum of 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal (see below).

Digital Products

Our products are digital files (downloads). By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may still request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@yukaringermany.com.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of your item, for any reason and without justification, except where the right of withdrawal has been waived as described above for downloaded digital content.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@yukaringermany.com.
